Making friends when you’re a child is much easier to do than when you enter adulthood. Opportunities for friendship building are everywhere from the time that you are a child to when you are a teenager. Later in life, it can seem harder or even impossible to build true and real, long-lasting friendships.

Even science has looked at the issue of adult friendships and found that without serious work, it’s basically all downhill once you hit your late 20s. So what can you do to find, develop and maintain new friendships? In this week’s episode, I share with you the three steps that you must undertake.
