When I was little, I was often asked, \u201cWhat do you want to do when you grow up?\u201d I would respond to that question with a potential career or profession choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I realize today how that question is wrong and can damage the future of our youth. By telling young kids that they need to choose what they want to do when they grow up, in terms of career choices, instead of asking first who they want to be or what lifestyle they want to have, it results in adults who are unhappy and who have to adjust their life to a job that most of the time they\u2019re not passionate about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
